Based in India, our standard engineering shift runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. This provides 3.5 to 5 hours of direct working overlap with European clients, and 2 to 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern clients. Critical standups are scheduled during these shared slots.
Why are your hourly equivalents set to $20?
By operating out of our corporate tech offices in India, we eliminate Western agency overhead. We pass these architectural savings directly to you, providing elite senior engineers at competitive off-shore baseline rates.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our retainers are simple and flat-rate. Dedicated developer monthly contracts are billed at a fixed $3,200 per month (4 weeks / 160 hours). Sprints are fixed at $4,800. Any third-party license fees (like Laravel Nova or Forge) are paid directly by the client.
What are the contract terms and termination cycles?
For embedded developers, we require a minimum 2-month initial commitment, followed by a rolling monthly schedule with a 15-day termination notice. Sprints are paid 100% upfront. Project packages are billed 50% on contract signing and 50% on client verification handover.
